Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote Udaan Capital loan products.
Generate and qualify leads for working capital, credit line, and other financial products.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms clearly to customers.
Follow up with interested customers to ensure document collection and application completion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Field Sales) for smooth loan disbursement.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
