We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at HDFC SALES. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Call customers through company dialer to generate Home Loan leads
✅ Schedule customer appointments for the field sales team
✅ Follow up on document collection and application status
✅ Coordinate with sales officers until file login
✅ Maintain CRM/LMS updates and quality conversations
✅ Generate customer references for new business
✅ Achieve daily login (9 hrs) & talk time (3.5+ hrs) targets
✅ Attend weekly review & quality sessions
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
