A Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) at HDFC Bank Careers is a dedicated digital banking role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers through remote channels like phone, video calls, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Connect regularly with a designated portfolio of 500 to 600 customers to ensure a smooth digital banking experience.

• Cross-Selling: Deepen relationships by promoting and selling third-party products, mutual funds, Demat accounts, credit cards, insurance, and loans.

• Portfolio Protection: Monitor fixed deposit (FD) maturities, Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balance movements, and account activity to prevent customer churn or fund outflows.

• Query Resolution: Answer account inquiries, process financial transactions, and log interactions accurately in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
