Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Officer to promote and sell health insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, understanding customer requirements, explaining policy benefits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.

• Promote and sell health insurance products.

• Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, and premium details.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, BFSI Sales, or Customer Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
