Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team at Goodwill Wealth Management Private Limited. The role involves contacting potential clients, generating leads, promoting stock market and financial services, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication. The position offers a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 along with attractive incentives and excellent career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Job Requirements
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
