We are looking for a Telesales to join our team . The role involves updating CRM updates. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 + 5% Incentive on every sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and explain GOIT360 services clearly.

• Understand client requirements and suggest the right services.

• Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM regularly.

• Convert leads into meetings or sales opportunities.

• Handle customer questions professionally and confidently.

• Build strong relationships with clients for long-term business.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth client handling.

• Share service details, pricing, and company information with clients.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.

• Reconnect with old leads and inactive customers.

• Stay updated about GOIT360 services and latest digital trends.

• Represent GOIT360 professionally during all client communications.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass/Diploma/Graduation and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
