We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, and B2B client acquisition. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Conduct cold calls to potential B2B clients to promote company products sales.
Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the lead database efficiently.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Schedule meetings or demos for the business development team when required.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain client communication and build long-term business relationships.
Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation and call results.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, or lead generation (preferably B2B).
Strong cold calling skills and ability to handle objections.
Fluent in English.
Proven experience in B2B client generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
