We are looking for a proactive and communicative Real Estate Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive to handle client coordination and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining property details, convincing them to visit project sites, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients

• Coordinate with clients and understand their property requirements

• Explain project details clearly and professionally

• Convince clients to schedule and visit the site

• Arrange and confirm site visit appointments

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients

• Update client information and follow-up status in records/CRM

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth site visit execution

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and local language

• Ability to convince and build rapport with clients

• Basic knowledge of real estate preferred (training will be provided)

• Follow-up oriented and well-organized

• Comfortable with calling and client interaction
