Key Responsibilities:

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in telesales or a similar role preferred.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of financial products, particularly personal loans.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
