We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Finbud Financial Services Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote personal loan products.

• Generate and convert leads into successful loan applications.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions.

• Explain loan eligibility, features, documentation, and terms to customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

• Maintain high sales productivity and meet assigned performance KPIs.

• Ensure excellent customer service while achieving business targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
