Job Title: Telesales Executive – Loan Process

We are hiring Telesales / Sales Executives to join our loan sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their financial needs, promoting suitable loan products, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain and sell loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain and update accurate customer and sales data.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth loan processing.

• Respond to customer queries and provide excellent service.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: 0.5 – 2 years in telesales, telecalling, or loan sales preferred

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
