Job Description:
FENISHA CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dedicated and responsible candidate for Back Office and Inhouse Calling work. The candidate will be responsible for handling basic office work, maintaining records, and communicating with clients over phone regarding loan consultancy services.

Responsibilities:

Handle back office operations and maintain client records
Make inhouse calls to clients regarding loan services
Follow up with customers and provide basic information about loan processes
Maintain data and update records in the system
Coordinate with team members for smooth work flow

Requirements:

Male or Female both can apply
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
Good communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Responsible and hardworking

Salary: As per interview / experience
