📌 Position: On-Call Supervisor

✓ Campaign: ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
✓ Process: US Outbound Sales – Voice Process
✓ Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

🕙 Shift & Schedule

✓ Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
✓ Working Days: Monday to Friday
✓ Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

🎯 Eligibility & Experience

✓ BPO Outbound Sales Closers: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C
✓ On-Call Supervisors: Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO Outbound Sales process B2B or B2C
✓ Graduates & Undergraduates are eligible
✓ Age: Up to 40 years
✓ Candidates from Kolkata or those who can commute daily to Sector V, Kolkata are eligible

💼 Key Skills & Requirements

✓ Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
✓ Punjabi speaking proficiency will be an added advantage
✓ Strong experience in handling outbound sales calls and closing deals
✓ Ability to supervise, guide, and support sales agents during live calls
✓ Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
✓ Ability to monitor call quality and provide real-time feedback
✓ Good leadership, team-handling, and problem-solving abilities
✓ Target-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment
✓ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/call management systems
✓ Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills

💰 Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills
