Job Title: Telesales Executive (Amazon & Flipkart Seller Acquisition)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales Executive to connect with Amazon and Flipkart sellers, understand their business needs, and introduce our e-commerce account management services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling meetings, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Amazon and Flipkart sellers.

• Explain our e-commerce services, including Account Management, Listing Optimization, SEO, PPC, Catalog Management, and Marketplace Growth.

• Identify seller requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Follow up with interested sellers until conversion.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an added advantage).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome; prior telesales experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telesales, BPO, or telecalling.

• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, or e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.
