Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle B2C sales calls and manage customer complaints effectively. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction through proper issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for product promotion and sales.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers for order confirmation, feedback, and repeat sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues on time.
