Qualification & Experience
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in in tele calling, telesales, or B2B sales
Position: Sales Executive
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary
As a Tele caller/Tele Sales Executive to handle B2B sales calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and convert enquiries into business opportunities. The candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable communicating with business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Calling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential business clients
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into meetings or sales
2. Sales & Client Handling
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Share quotations, product details, and proposals to clients
Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings and demos
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
3. Reporting & CRM
Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer details in CRM/Excel
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Work with the sales manager to achieve targets
4. Communication & Coordination
Handle inbound queries from customers
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, follow-up, and support
