A Telesales Lead Generation job involves using the telephone to identify and engage potential customers, introduce products or services, qualify leads based on specific criteria, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing prospect data in CRM systems, following up on leads, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and meeting monthly lead generation targets. Key Responsibilities

• Research and Identification:

  Conduct market research to find and identify potential customers (leads) within the target audience. 

• Prospect Outreach:

  Contact potential leads via phone calls to introduce products or services, understand their needs, and generate interest. 

• Lead Qualification:

  Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability and potential interest, ensuring a good fit for the product or service. 

• Appointment Setting:

  Schedule meetings or appointments between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussion and conversion. 

• CRM Management:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, lead status, and relevant information within the CRM system. 

• Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

  Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share insights, optimize campaigns, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. 

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the volume and quality of leads generated. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage prospects effectively. 

• Persuasion & Rapport Building:

  Ability to build rapport, present information clearly, and persuade potential customers. 

• Sales Aptitude:

  A strong understanding of the sales funnel and the ability to guide prospects through it. 

• Research & Analytical Skills:

  Proficiency in researching target markets and analyzing data to identify and qualify leads. 

• CRM Proficiency:

  Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems to track and manage leads. 

• Goal-Oriented:

  A proven ability to meet or exceed sales and activity quotas. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
