Job Summary

DP POWER TECH is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, make outbound calls, follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

## Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented **Tele Sales Executive** to generate sales through outbound calls, follow up with prospective customers, explain products/services, and achieve monthly sales targets.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

* Explain product features, pricing, offers and benefits to customers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.

* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order processing.

* Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.

* Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

## Required Skills

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.

* Strong sales and negotiation skills.

* Customer-focused and positive attitude.

* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

## Qualification

* 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

* Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or customer handling will be preferred.

* Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

## Performance Parameters

* Number of calls made.

* Leads generated.

* Follow-up conversion.

* Sales achieved.

* Customer response and retention.

* Monthly target achievement.

## Compensation

**Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives

**Preferred Candidate:** Immediate Joiner / Candidates with telesales or inside-sales experience.
