We are looking for a Telesales to join our team Darsh Infotech Pvt Ltd]. The role involves,

Make outbound/inbound calls, explain products, handle queries, maintain records, achieve targets.

The position offers ₹18000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound/inbound calls to customers.

2. Explain company products and services clearly.

3.Handle customer queries professionally.

4.Handle follow-ups with potential clients, regularly.

5. Maintain call records and customer data.

6. Work towards achieving assigned targets.

7. Provide excellent customer support.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience.

Females with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

Ability to influence clients over the phone.

Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus.

Confident and polite telephone manner.
