Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can effectively communicate with potential clients, explain our business model, and convert leads into active sellers. You will play a key role in driving revenue and supporting clients throughout their onboarding journey.


Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and explain Saumic Craft’s dropshipping & wholesale model.

• Understand customer requirements and guide them through our onboarding process.

• Follow a structured sales script and pitch the benefits of joining Saumic Craft.

• Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and CRM entries (if applicable).

• Share product details, videos, PDFs, and results with interested clients.

• Follow up consistently with warm leads to close the sale.

• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sales support.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication (Hindi + basic English).

• Confident, energetic, and persuasive speaking abilities.

• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Experience in telesales, call center, or customer service is preferred.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
