Position: Telesales Executive

Experience: Fresher

Languages Required: Hindi(Mandatory)

Location: Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

• Sale the product to customers via calls

• Handle customer queries related to product usage, features, and basic troubleshootin

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi (speaking is mandatory)

• Basic communication skills in English

• Good listening and problem-solving skills
