We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services, generating sales leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads received through marketing campaigns.
Handle customer objections effectively and close sales.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and call quality standards.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Good command of spoken language (English / local language).
Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of patience, confidence, and resilience.
