About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented TeleSales Executives for a wholesale women’s clothing business dealing in a wide range of women’s garments from various international brands.

The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, retailers, resellers, boutiques and other business buyers through calls and WhatsApp, understanding their requirements, explaining available products and converting enquiries into wholesale orders.

This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and are motivated by sales targets and unlimited incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Potential customers ko outbound calls karna aur available wholesale products ke baare mein information dena.

• Customers ki requirement samajhna, including product type, quantity, size, design, brand preference aur budget.

• Women’s clothing products ke features, pricing, availability aur wholesale deals explain karna.

• Interested customers ko regular follow-up calls aur WhatsApp communication ke through convert karna.

• New retailers, boutiques, resellers, wholesalers aur other business customers generate karna.

• Customer enquiries ko properly handle karna aur suitable products suggest karna.

• Product images, catalogues, pricing aur other relevant information customers ke saath WhatsApp par share karna.

• Interested customers se order details collect karna aur order closing mein support karna.

• Existing customers ke saath relationship maintain karna aur repeat orders generate karna.

• Daily calls, follow-ups, enquiries aur sales ka proper record maintain karna.

• Assigned daily/monthly sales targets achieve karna.

• Customer objections, price-related queries aur product-related concerns ko professionally handle karna.

• Sales conversion improve karne ke liye regular follow-ups aur systematic calling karna.

Candidate Requirements

• Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Field Sales ya Customer Handling ka experience preferred hai.

• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

• Hindi mein good communication skills mandatory hain.

• Basic English communication skills preferred.

• Confidently customers se phone par baat karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Sales-oriented aur target-driven approach honi chahiye.

• Customer ko convince aur negotiate karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• WhatsApp aur basic smartphone/computer applications ka knowledge hona chahiye.

• Fashion/clothing products mein interest hona advantageous rahega.

• Positive attitude, discipline aur regular follow-up karne ki habit honi chahiye.

Compensation & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 per month

Iske alawa Unlimited Performance-Based Incentives available hain. Candidate ki earning directly sales performance aur order conversions par depend karegi.

Achhi sales performance karne wale candidates ke liye fixed salary ke upar attractive additional earning opportunity available hai.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Location: Tagore Garden, New Delhi
