Bound Fresh is a fast-growing B2B and D2C fresh produce and essentials supply company serving restaurants, cafés, commercial kitchens, and residential clients through a direct-from-source, zero-middlemen model.

Role Overview

The Telecaller / Telesales Executive will manage outbound and inbound calls to restaurants, commercial kitchens, and retail clients to generate orders, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive consistent sales.

Key Responsibilities

Call restaurants, cafés, PG kitchens, and food businesses to introduce and sell Bound Fresh products

Generate daily orders from existing customers and convert new leads

Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders

Maintain customer database and call records

Inform clients about daily rates, offers, and new products

Coordinate with operations/logistics for order status

Handle customer queries politely

Support payment follow-ups when required

Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets

Requirements

Female candidate preferred

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

1–3 years telecalling / telesales / customer service experience (FMCG or food supply preferred)

Fluent Hindi; basic English speaking

Confident phone etiquette and persuasion ability

Basic smartphone / computer / WhatsApp / Excel skills

80–120 calls/day

Customer conversion & retention

Monthly sales contribution

Active customer base handled

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based on orders/sales

Stable long-term role in a growing company

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 5.5 days/week
