Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in Bareilly. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and driving sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services and generate interest
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales/inside sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Fluency in Hindi (English is a plus)
