Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Role

We are looking for confident and result-oriented Telesales Executives to handle outbound sales calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to convince potential clients over the phone.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales-related field

• Priority will be given to candidates with prior B2B sales experience

• Candidate must provide:

  • Valid experience letter

  • Proof of previous job profile

Salary

• ₹14,000 to ₹19,000 per month (maximum)

• Salary will be based on experience and skill level

Required Skills

• Good spoken English

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Soft-spoken, polite, and professional attitude

• Ability to handle customer objections confidently

• Target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently

• Generate and qualify leads

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Maintain proper call records and follow-ups

• Build and maintain professional client relationships

• Experience in B2B telesales

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Quick learner with positive attitude
