- Data Management: Maintain accurate patient records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality.
- Language Support: Provide language support to Telugu-speaking patients, facilitating smooth communication with medical staff.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu, with excellent communication skills.
- IVF Knowledge: Basic understanding of IVF processes and procedures.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills:
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy: Ability to empathize with patients and provide emotional support.
