Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team at RupeeQ. The role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and providing accurate information about financial products/services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain company products (loans/financial services).
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product information.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM with call outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to close deals.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer experience during each interaction.
• Adhere to company processes and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate preferred.
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience (0–2 years).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work under sales pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
