Position Title: Trainee – Telesales Officer (TSO) Hindi

Experience required: 0 – 1 year
Work Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu,  India
Educational Qualification: Any Diploma / Undergraduate (or) Postgraduate Degree (Candidates with backlogs are also eligible)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Engage with customers via outbound calls to promote and sell credit card and loan products.

·         Clearly pitch the product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.

·         Your primary responsibility is to proactively understand and address customer needs by managing a high volume of outbound calls, averaging between 200 to 300 calls per day

·         Demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages to meet the diverse customer segments.

·         Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently.

·         Accurately fill out application forms based on customer-provided information during calls.

·         Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of the on-boarding process

·         Maintain a neutral and professional tone throughout the conversation to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.

Required Skills:

·         Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable.

·         Excellent sales and convincing abilities.

·         Multilingual communication capability is a plus.

·         Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally.

Compensation & Benefits:

·         Initial Salary: ₹18,000 per month(Consolidated pay) + Incentives

·         After 3 Months (Performance-Based): ₹19,500 per month(Consolidated pay)

·         After 6 Months (Performance-Based): ₹2.75 LPA + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Promotion

Work Schedule:

·         Shift Timings:

·         Initial: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)

·         Post-Promotion: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)

·         Working Days:

·         Initial: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off

·         Post-Promotion: 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly off
