Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Contact potential/existing customers to offer products, generate interest, and secure sales.
Inbound Calls: Handle customer queries, provide information, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads for the sales team.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and information in the CRM system.
Sales/Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales goals.
