We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales over phone calls, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate must be fluent in Assamese and Hindi and should be able to handle inbound and outbound customer communication efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
Minimum 2–4 years of Telesales or tele-calling experience.
Strong communication skills in Assamese and Hindi
Must have a laptop or desktop.
