We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Ara Herbal. This role involves Calling customer and providing Product knowledge. Get a salary of ₹10000 - ₹17000 + incentives along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about company products.
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Close sales over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
Follow up on leads and existing customers.
Handle customers objection and resolve queries professionally.
Coordination with the sales and supports teams when required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position requires tele sales or Telle calling experience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customers.
