• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide detailed information about products/services as required.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Requirements:
• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 year of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support.
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office .
• Positive attitude, polite behavior, and convincing skills.
