Lead Handling & Qualification
Contact all new inbound leads within 15–30 minutes of generation.
Understand customer needs, timeline, and budget.
Qualify and tag leads (Hot, Warm, Cold) in the CRM.
Follow-ups & Conversion Support
Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain consistent communication until meeting or visit is confirmed.
Appointment / Site Visit Scheduling
Book and confirm appointments for Sales Executives or Client Representatives.
Ensure client and prospect both receive confirmation details.
CRM & Reporting
Log all lead interactions in CRM (HubSpot / LeadSquared / Zoho).
Update status and notes after every call or WhatsApp interaction.
Feedback Loop
Share insights with PPC and Business Development teams on lead quality.
Recommend ad campaign improvements based on common objections or patterns.
