Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our Loan Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our loan products, and guiding them through the application process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of loan products, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our loan products, including personal loans, business loans, and other financing options.

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions based on their financial situation.

• Explain the terms and conditions of loan products clearly and effectively.

• Assist customers with the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, loan products, and regulatory changes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with the underwriting team to facilitate smooth loan approvals.
