Telesales Executive

Location: VKI

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.

• Manage IndiaMART inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.

• Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Telesales is mandatory.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with the IndiaMART portal and lead handling.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer proficiency.

2. Service Coordinator

Location: VKI

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the service team and clients for timely service delivery.

• Schedule service requests and track their progress.

• Communicate with clients regarding service updates and resolutions.

• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and client interactions efficiently.

• Prior experience in a coordination or customer service role is preferred.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
