Job Summary

The Agri Advisor will provide technical guidance and agronomic support to farmers, dealers, and field sales teams. The role involves promoting company fertilizer products, conducting field demonstrations, diagnosing crop issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through scientific crop advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert agronomic advice to farmers on crop nutrition, soil health, and fertilizer application.

Conduct field visits, crop demonstrations, and farmer meetings.

Identify crop deficiencies and recommend appropriate Agronomic Fertilizers products.

Support sales team with technical knowledge and product training.

Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers.

Monitor market trends, competitor products, and farmer feedback.

Prepare field reports and submit regular activity updates.

Organize awareness programs, field days, and promotional events.

Ensure achievement of sales targets through technical support.
