Brief about the Team

Inside Sales is part of the customer experience team on closely working with our existing and potential customers to market our products and services ensuring a great customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing relationships with new customers and closing sales.

What will you do
·  Accurately record details and process orders placed by the customers
·  Contribute to the team effort by achieving the allocated targets
·  Managing customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services, as well as developing and sustaining customer relationships to foster repeat business
·  Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
What we are looking for
·  Graduate with 1+ year of relevant experience (in Tele Sales)
·  Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
·  Strong negotiation and selling skills
·  Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with effective communication skills
