Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls for renewal and revival services
Explain offers, handle queries, and ensure timely renewals
Maintain accurate call records and customer data
Meet daily and weekly renewal targets
Provide quality customer service and support
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Target-driven and customer-oriented approach
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
