Responsibilities

Call prospective customers and explain business loan offerings.

Generate and qualify leads.

Follow up with interested customers.

Maintain accurate call records and customer information.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth loan processing.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience in telecalling, banking, finance, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.\
