Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tele-counseling sessions and guide students on suitable courses and programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
Follow up regularly with potential students to ensure successful enrollment.
Identify students’ educational interests and recommend appropriate courses.
Maintain accurate call records, lead data, and daily reporting to seniors.
Participate in college visits, seminars, and workshops as part of promotional activities.
Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly admission targets.
