We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting property offerings, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales in the real estate sector.
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers using company-provided leads.
Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Generate interest and schedule appointments for site visits.
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and close deals.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information and activity.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign effectiveness.
Handle customer queries and provide timely, professional assistance.
Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
