Job Description

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives with experience in loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, generating and qualifying leads, customer follow-ups, and coordinating the loan process until disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and generate leads

• Explain and counsel customers about suitable loan products

• Qualify leads and collect required documents

• Follow up with customers regularly

• Maintain accurate CRM updates

• Generate referrals and handle cross-selling

• Coordinate with the operations team until disbursement

Relevant Loan Sales Experience

• Business Loans

• LAP (Loan Against Property)

• Home Loans

• Personal Loans

• Working Capital

• Overdraft

Daily Performance Expectations

• 150 outbound calls

• 50 connected calls

• 10 qualified leads

• 5 document collections

• 100% CRM updates

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant loan sales experience

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets

• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills

• Experience with CRM is preferred
