📌 About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with potential customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, conducting telecalls, promoting GST Franchisee products/services, and contributing to business growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through telecalling.

- Promote and sell GST Franchisee products and services.

- Conduct regular telesales calls and follow up with prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable offerings.

- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

- 12th pass or above.

- Age between 20 and 30 years.

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Confident and proactive approach.

- Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.

💰 Compensation

Up to ₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
