Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided databases or inquiries
Explain course details, fees, duration, and benefits clearly
Answer basic questions about programs and institutions
Generate and qualify leads for the counseling/admissions team
Schedule callbacks or appointments for senior counselors
Maintain records of calls
Follow up with interested candidates via calls, SMS, or WhatsApp

Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass (Higher Secondary)
Graduate preferred (any stream)
Freshers can apply; prior calling experience is an advantage
