Xtrim Digitech is looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to explain services clearly over the phone

Strong follow-up and client handling ability

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain the company’s products or services clearly and confidently.

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales using CRM or Excel.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales.

Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
