About the Role

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our Kolkata office. In this role, you will generate leads, connect with business owners, explain our product offerings, and drive conversions. You will play a crucial part in expanding our client base by converting free listings into paid and premium listings while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate appointments for Marketing Executives by calling businesses with free listings.

• Educate customers about Justdial’s products, services, and advertising benefits.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business promotion solutions.

• Convert Free Listings into Paid and Premium Paid Listings.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during calls.

Candidate Profile

• Open to freshers and experienced candidates.

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

• Good negotiation and influencing skills.

• Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

• Willing to work 6 days a week (Work from Office – Kolkata).
