Inside Sales Executive – Health & Wellness (BIONE)
We're hiring energetic freshers and experienced candidates for our Inside Sales team in the health & wellness space at BIONE, HSR Layout, Bengaluru. You'll connect with customers over calls, understand their needs, and recommend personalized wellness solutions — a great starting point if you're looking to build a career in sales with exposure to healthcare and data-driven wellness.
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, explain BIONE's products/services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness solutions
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate customer records and call data
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional service
Who we're looking for:
- 12th Pass & above (freshers welcome!)
- Good communication skills — English + Hindi mandatory
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable on calls
- Genuine interest in sales, health & wellness
Details:
- 📍 Location: HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bengaluru
- 💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000/month
- 🕒 Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | 6 days/week
- 🗣️ Interview Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
