We’re Hiring – Voice Process (BPM)

Company: Tata Motors

Job Details:

● Role: Voice Process Executive (BPM)

● Process Type: Voice

● Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Week Off)

● Quality Standard: V5

Salary:

● CTC: ₹27,000

● In-Hand: ₹21,800

Eligibility:

● Graduation Mandatory

● Minimum 1 year total experience

(6 months Sales + 6 months Customer Support OR 1 year relevant experience)

● Languages: Hindi and English (Good communication skills required)

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

● Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

● Provide accurate information about products and services

● Maintain quality as per V5 standards

● Achieve performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and FCR

● Upsell or cross-sell where required

● Update CRM and maintain proper documentation

● Follow company policies and process guidelines
