We’re Hiring: Telesales Agent – Two-Wheeler Loan

Location: Bangalore

(Hoodi – Opposite Tata Showroom, Brookefields Road, Doddanekundi, Phase 2, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560048)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell two-wheeler loan products

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms

• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement

• Stay updated on loan policies, product features, and market trends

• Coordinate with field sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations for successful lead closures

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly

• Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in two-wheeler loans or personal loans

• Strong communication and convincing skills in any two of the following languages: English, Kannada, Telugu

• Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage

• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office

• Graduate in any discipline (Complete with education documents in place)

• Age upto 29 years

Compensation:

• Salary up to 5 LPA (depending on current salary)+ Incentives - latest salary slips and Bank statement to be available.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
